We switched to this brand after a chat with customer services , they gave us lots of info and was a great help , we switched in June 2018 and since we have not had to visit the vets with colitis  which our pup was suffering with , staff are a fantastic help , if your thinking about making the switch I highly recommend this company

We have been using ci - really good dog food since June 2018 when they were recommended to us by customers of theirs , at the time we had a 5 month old Dobermann puppy who had been suffering with colitis, we had tried all options of food and even tried vet recommendations without any joy ( unless she was taking medication at the same time) , I spoke with one of the ladies on customer services and she gave us lots of information on not only colitis but also lots of info on their food too , we agreed that we would try her on the tickety boo junior big league and we were sent some samples to start her off , within a couple of days we started to notice some changes so decided to keep slowly introducing her to the food , within a month she was having full meals of tickety boo and her tummy was back to normal , since the change over we haven’t had to visit our vets with colitis anymore , people always comment on her the condition of her coat and how healthy she looks and that’s all thanks to her diet , we can’t thank ci enough for the help they have given and the support they still give us till this day , Lacey is a huge supporter and tells all her friends ( obviously with the help of her mum ) about how tasty her food is , if your thinking about giving them a try I really recommend you do , you won’t be disappointed,

Our 18 month old Dogue De Bordeaux has been on this now for a month and the difference in his coat, breath and flatulence is incredible!  He has a sensitive stomach and everyone around me told me to get him onto raw, but perhaps selfishly I couldn't face the prep of home made  or the cost of pre made raw - so after a lot of research I thought I would give CI tickety boo ago - I was a bit apprehensive as it was much more reasonable compared to other brands - but the proof is in the dog! I wish I had found it sooner!!!

I've recently purchased this food for my almost 10 month old Golden Retriever. He is fairly active and ideal weight. He's larger than average and in great condition. Since using this food, we've noticed less belching and less smelly dog. Also, excrement is less overall and better formed if that makes sense. He seems really happy on it too. Definitely recommend.

I've recently put my 1 year old dogue de bordeaux on this food after having almost a year of a sensitive tummy & skin problems, so far so good & she's actually eating better & enjoying the biscuits, they do smell delicious too.

We were having issues with diarrhoea and colitis with our 5 month old golden retriever puppy. Since transitioning her to this, her movements have been so much better. The colitis hasn't completely stopped but is much much better. She seems to like the food as well, its just a shame there isn't another flavour in the large puppy range to give her a bit of variety

Started getting this food for my pointer pup(6months old). He’s never looked as good! Keeps him fit with all the growing he is doing, his coat shining and he just loves it. Very good price if you buy the bulk deal and he loves the free toy that came with it! Would 100% recommend
